Star Gems Purchase Agreement
Seller: RexTeq / REXTEQ (rex@rexteq.com).
What you receive: Star Gems are limited, nontransferable virtual credits licensed solely for purchasing cosmetic items in elixar.io. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, a deposit, or an investment; they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, gifted, traded, or used outside this game.
Prices and taxes: Each pack shows the USD price and number of gems before checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, must be disclosed by the checkout provider before final payment. No subscription or recurring charge is created.
Delivery and recovery: Gems are credited to your verified email account only after Stripe confirms payment. You can sign in from another device or reset your password by email. If a purchase is paid but not credited, use the purchase recovery tool or contact support with a payment reference.
Refunds and disputes: Contact rex@rexteq.com for payment errors, undelivered gems, or refund requests. Refunds and consumer remedies required by law remain available. Any refund or chargeback may result in reversal of the corresponding unused credits, subject to applicable law.
Age and authorization: Purchasers must be at least 18, or have a parent or legal guardian complete and authorize the purchase. Never use another person's payment method without permission.
Account responsibility and limitations: You must provide a valid email address and safeguard your password and access to that email. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by your failure to protect credentials, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will investigate credible reports of missing paid gems, account compromise, and service errors, and honor required refunds and remedies. No blanket waiver of consumer rights applies. Gems and skins grant a limited personal license, not ownership of game assets. Purchases confer no competitive advantage.
Privacy: Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles payment details. We store guest profile credentials, balances, purchase references and transaction status. See the game's Privacy Policy and Stripe's privacy notice.
Governing terms: These purchase terms supplement the site's Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction are not waived. Review the final agreement with a qualified attorney before accepting real payments.
Purchases are unavailable until the operator configures Stripe and finalizes these terms.
